We are looking for adults to volunteer and get involved with our Elfins (Ages 6-9), Pioneer (Ages 9+ - 13) and Venturer (Ages 13-16) Groups, within Harrow Woodcraft Folk programme. The groups meet every Tuesday evening (term time only) from 6.30pm - 9.30pm.

Help is needed to support groups in delivering a fun-filled, educational and activity based programme for our young participants with a view to taking over a group. One day training opportunities are available to help orientate yourself to the Woodcraft Folk movement and find out what we do and why we do it.

We are looking for anyone with a genuine interest and commitment to young people's development and rights and outdoor pursuits.

Experience is not necessary as we will provide training and support. We will want to find out your skills, help you to share these with young people and enable you to learn new skills too.

You will need to be aged over 18 and be open to outdoor pursuits. Be available from 6.30pm - 9.30pm every Tuesday (Term time only).

To do this, we need enthusiastic new volunteers - people just like you - to come forward and help and give something back.

We are looking for Adult Group Leaders, Assistant Group Leaders, Group Helper and district support officers.

As an adult leader, you will be joining a movement with a strong determination to build a better future for us all. As our principles say, we want a world based on equality, friendship, peace and social justice, through active co-operation.
